would turn up at random times to his house, and that the Department of Health from various jurisdictions would call...

What if a returning traveller refuses the ankle bracelet..
Does this become a criminal offence...
Is he/she/it then charged and brought before the court and fined...
Does the court then order the defendant to be fitted with the bracelet...
It beggars belief that this is actually being considered, yet at the moment, anyone
can fly into Australia without the jab, be asymptomatic, spread the virus in hotel
quarantine, yet Australians who fly out have to have the jab, and maybe wear
an ankle bracelet when they return....
What about children who travel and return home...are mum, dad and the kids
all going to wear ankle bracelets, with the kids not permitted to go to school...
This is becoming more and more like the Keystone Cops every day...
