Mixing jabs is a gamble

"Dr Simon Clarke, associate professor of cellular microbiology at the University of Reading, said mixing the vaccines without any data is a "huge gamble".
He told Sky News: "It's completely unproven - while it might work, it also might not.
"The consequences for getting this wrong are huge, this is the most important thing in the world right now.
Interesting comments by Dr Clarke....
SO where does this place everyone in Australia...
Obviously we cant ask the King of the Flim Flam men (aka SloMo) as he will just waffle
about how his mother is getting AZ and so should your mother, father, sister, auntie, uncle, brother, daughter....
The dolt who is attempting to run this country is suggesting that AZ should still be taken by under 50s
after consulting your doctor...its not a ban he says.....
Meanwhile SloMo puts in an order for 20 million Pfizer jabs...
Overseas they are still testing whether the lab rats should mix jabs...
No one knows whether it works or it doesnt....
Its a gamble Clarke says....
How many lab rats in Australia will talk to their doctor and be advised a) to stick to AZ or b)
to switch to Pfizer for their second jab....
Apparently reports are emerging that the AZ jab causes heavier than normal menstruating
in women...
Maybe the Pfizer jab reduces it...
I suppose if you live in Launceston, your doctor will tell you that the Tasmanian Government
has banned AZ for under 50s and you have to take Pfizer...
In Western Australia, the state government has also banned AZ for under 50s...
Meanwhile, in Bendigo, or Ballina, your doctor will probably tell you its up to you...
AND in Cootamundra or Adelaide you might be told theres nothing wrong with AZ....
I see...
Sounds like more of a gamble than it ever was......

Personally I don't like the idea of mixing jabs.

This explains some of the differences ...

From what I have read, countries overseas have actually BANNED AZ for use in varying
age groups.
What I find intriguing is that Morrison DID NOT ban AZ..
He simply made the suggestion that in consultation with your doctor, you should
still consider receiving the AZ jab..
This is not a ban...
BUT this is an example of how our illustrious leader handballs the responsibility
once again to the States..
The States will now make their own decisions on whether to impose bans or not.
Morrison knew that....
Morrison is a weak leader and he only survives on spin....
Blunt questions need to be asked of Morrison, but they wont be as he continually
bleats that the media should support him in his pathetic efforts to get the rollout back on track.
I even read today that Professor Julie Leask (Social Science Professor) was advocating a pause in the vaccine rollout
to allow the Government to regroup and attempt to gain some credibility.
She is a member of the Australian Regional Immunisation Alliance.
A pause in itself would further weaken Morrisons credibility.
These are the experts who spout their opinions...
These are the experts who continually bleat their advice to all and sundry....
Maybe she gets her advice from the talking snake...Fauci.... :rofl
