I heard it on the news. They said he was released because they couldn't find anything wrong with him and charged. If he'd had a heart attack I think the hospital would have noticed it.

In the video it shows the ambulance officer putting an electrical defibrillator on him.
You can see him jumping around from the electric shock when it starts.
That machine only works if it detects a heart in arrhythmia -
so he must have had some kind of heart episode - at least a dangerous arrhythmia.
I will wait for more evidence before I make my mind up.
Still - if it goes before the court his medical condition would be called irrelevant -
as the charges of not wearing mask etc are separate from a medical condition
that developed after he was arrested and the cops did call an ambulance.
