Take the average shopping mall.....
How many businesses are going to place a sign at the entrance to their business which reads
"Entry to these premises is only permissible if you have written proof you have been vaccinated
against covid 19"...(conditions of entry are legal...but this one.....??)
My thoughts at the moment would be a big fat zero.
Why would anyone in their right mind erect that sign, when they know their
potential clientele/customers will simply say "stuff you...Ill go to another shop..."
Demanding customers to be vaccinated before entry will be a short trip to bankruptcy....
Irrespective of the nature of their business, this would be financial suicide in my opinion....
If the owners of the mall erected a sign stating..
"Entrance to this mall is only permitted upon written proof you have been vaccinated
against covid 19"...
This would be automatic grounds for businesses to sue the mall owner for restraint of trade.
Unless state premiers do something stupid...mandatory vaccination demands by business for
customers wont happen...
For employees...well....the mind boggles.....s

SloMo thinks he has dodged a bullet by saying that the vaccine will not be mandatory for aged care workers
and residents...
That may be a simplistic attitude for SloMo to take but what are the state premiers
going to do.
What are all the nursing home owners going to do...
Will the premiers mandate any requirements...
Will the nursing homes mandate any requirements...
SloMo may think he has dodged a bullet, but all he has done is hand balled
the whole topic away from him.....
After all SloMo never wanted the state borders closed....
How did that work out....
The debacle continues with no leadership whatsoever from SloMo....
The hypocritical nature of this decision is quite blatant.....
SloMo has bleated for twelve months that we have to protect the vulnerable in our nursing homes.
Today he is shit scared that the virus might kill some nursing home residents (as it has in Norway Poland, Israel
and the USA) so he duck shoves the responsibility to the states....

..the worms will be wriggling....
I feel sorry for anyone in the work place with no security of tenure.....
But then again, if you have security of tenure...how is that going to be "amended"
due to an employers demand for a mandatory jab...
