They are saying that checks will only be made at the airport, but
Ill bet pounds to peanuts that the border will be closed at Coolangatta...

Andrews has virtually admitted that Victoria cannot cope with receiving 1300 Australians back home per month...
He is suggesting 100s only....
If Victoria was coping with hotel quarantines Andrews would be suggesting that MORE Australians
be brought home...
Instead he goes the other way...

Andrews in his press conference today stated that the jury was still out as to the efficacy of the
vaccine....he stated that no-one knows yet whether the vaccine will prevent people being
infected by the virus, or if in fact it will prevent transmission of the virus.
Not one media whore asked the obvious follow up question.....
"Doesnt that mean that its not a vaccine....its just an injection...."
It will be interesting to see if any media whore at some stage in the future
does in fact ask that very obvious question of any premier.......
In his press conference Andrews also stated in response to a question about
why the lockdown was for the entire state and not just Melbourne...
He stated that people would travel into country Victoria and they may spread the virus,
therefore the entire state had to be locked down..
No media whore asked the question....
"People in Melbourne cant travel outside 5km from their homes...theyre not
going to travel into the country anyway...the lockdown precludes this..."
The media are asleep at the wheel.....probably by demand....

Funny thing....
I had to stand in a checkout line next to a huge bank of cut flowers for V-Day. I'm highly allergic to flowers.
After about thirty seconds or so, I started coughing and hacking....
The woman behind me said...
"Are you OK?"
I said...
"Yes, I'm just really allergic to flowers."
She said...
"But, you're wearing a mask."
I said....
"Funny huh, they can't block pollen, but are supposed to block a microscopic virus."
She looked stunned....
