Police abuse and violence is so often in the US news that it is time to give forum a place to discuss why this is happening.
I think TYT make some very valid points here...
I agree that the trainers must take some responsibility.
I also agree that the peeps in charge of the police culture are at fault.

Now I'm not going to argue that the young boy was carrying a weapon. He was! However he did ditch that weapon before putting his hands up in surrender and was shot regardless.

I've seen a lot of police footage...watching the show 'Cops' and I've heard, too many times conflicting orders being barked by police to suspects.

Sorry, I am saying, do what the cops say.
Those that have died have died because they resisted arrest. They forced the police into a high stressful rapidly changing situation.
