FAIR WORK Logan’s Kimberley College was functioning as if it was privately owned by the Thomson family, a Fair Work Commissioner found as he rejected the unfair dismissal claims of three family members.
Allegedly the principal was operating the college unethically.
The parents go back control of their college, then he attacked them with court cases.
This is good news for me. It would have cost him a lot in lawyer fees
He was on a very good undeserved salary and abused it totally.
