Girls file federal discrimination complaint after transgender track wins

HARTFORD, Conn. — Three Connecticut girls who ran high school track have filed a federal discrimination complaint, saying a statewide policy that forced them to compete against transgender athletes cost them top finishes and possibly college scholarships.

The conservative Christian law firm Alliance Defending Freedom filed the complaint on behalf of the girls Monday with the U.S. Education Department’s Office for Civil Rights. It seeks an investigation and actions to make competitions fair.

The Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference governs high school sports in the state. It says its policy follows a state anti-discrimination law requiring students to be treated in school according to the gender with which they identify.

The complaint says transgender athletes have been consistently winning track and field events and the policy violates federal protections for female athletes.

The other issue we need to watch is Islam - if women keep voting for "progressives" they'll find that they'll be wearing Burkas in a short period of time and getting beaten in the kitchen.

I think a lot of feminists are trannies....if this isnt stopped and stopped soon..

its all they will have winning sports scholarships in America.....and they have one for every sport....

what a mess that will make for the future of womens sport..

It was his "secret" and the first I knew about it was when I went off to visit my family in Melbourne at Christmas and when I got back, I found face powder in the bathroom sink ... thinking another woman, I did what we do ... search every nook and cranny ... and found some pictures of a female, all tarted up in some leather outfit. On confronting my husband, he admitted that it was HE in the pictures!

Our sex life was ZERO as you would imagine but UNTIL he slapped me for "talking back" .. life went on. Then he did it again, so I used the excuse of Christmas to go down to Melbourne and "left him". Smart, wasn't I? If I had told him that I was leaving, I might have never left - alive.

A wife is to be cherished and nurtured.
You get more back from marriage than you put in.
With very little effort, you can build your partners self esteem and then they fill that to become even better.

I have difficulties understanding men and women who want to be different from what they are.
It must be a self hate thing or mental illness.
I am a man, that's about it.
My wife is a female, and that's it.
To me wanting to dress as a female makes as much sense and wanting to be a horse or dog.
You can never be those things, and can never achieve that look.

IAAF Finally Admits Women’s Champion Caster Semenya Is Biologically Male and Has to Lower Her Testosterone

Women’s Olympic champion Caster Semenya is a biological male, the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF), the world’s largest sports governing body, argued in court.

Semenya, the South African runner who dominated the female competition in the women’s 800M at the 2016 London Olympics, is fighting an IAAF requirement that biologically male runners suppress their testosterone below a certain level in order to compete in female events.

Media reporting on the subject has often left out the fact that the IAAF’s rule only applies to runners with male chromosomes rather than female runners with high testosterone levels.

The IAAF called the requirement “an extremely progressive compromise” between protecting the integrity of women’s sports and accommodating “certain biologically male athletes with female gender identities” like Semenya who want to compete in women’s sports, the court documents show.

South Africa’s Caster Semenya competes in the women’s 800 and 1500 meter races and consistently defeats the women in the race by 3-4 seconds.

Caster is the Olympic champion.

The runner from Pretoria has raised eyebrows due to her stocky, muscular physique and apparently masculine characteristics, including facial hair and a deep voice.

After a recent race in Doha, when asked if she would take testosterone-limiting medication, Semenya told Al Jazeera: “Hell no.”
