A minority who abuse a privilege should not effect the whole community.

It is one of the things I hate today about modern life. The rules are set to the lowest level to force the minority to comply effecting those who use/do something rarely for the right reasons. This is not freedom, it is control of all to address a minority's abuse of priviledge. The priviledge should not be removed, the minority's behavour should be dealt with.
