Intelligent or not, forensics and advances in DNA technology is catching up with them fast.

Crimes are being solved.

Not something I'd like to have to ponder during my senior year's that's for sure.

I watch the Crime Channel on Foxtel. They are catching up with the creeps and those creeps who have gotten away with a crime for 40 years can no longer pretend that it was just a "juvenile" bit of fun.

Murders? Ditto. Especially murders of children.

However, I do wonder how many people got the Death Penalty because the Cops stitched them up. There have already been people on Death Row who have now been released due to DNA ...

DNA was first used in Britain to trap a felon by ProfessorJeffreys.
DNA was first used to aid a criminal investigation by Professor Jeffreys in 1986. This investigation used DNA fingerprinting techniques to link semen stain samples, collected from two rapes/murders that had occurred three years apart in 1983 and 1986, in a small village in Leicestershire, UK.
Colin Pitchfork. Colin Pitchfork (born 23 March 1960) is a British convicted murderer and rapist. He was the first person convicted of murder based on DNA fingerprinting evidence, and the first to be caught as a result of mass DNA screening.

I know, Cods. I am a fan of the Crime Channel on Foxtel. Lots of information on there. That is why lots of "cold cases" are being solved. Finally.
