Stuck Topics

If you delete or edit a post it gets stuck on the front page and you are told that the topic does not exist.

To overcome this click the circle with the arrow (reload page - top left in Chrome) and a box will come up asking if you wish to "continue". Click "continue" and it solves the problem.

Good tip. This site is screwed. However, aren't I supposed to take this site and shove it elsewhere ... according to some?

I'm guilty of that. I had no idea it got stuck, but will make sure I don't delete any more posts in their entirety.

It was starting to irritate me that a topic had been posted in and I kept being told that it did not exist because of a deletion or edit.

This works though. Take heed those that delete/edit constantly.

I had noticed if you amend a post and try to Submit it, you get some error message and have to use the back arrow and resubmit it a second time for it to work!

When you get the error message just reload the page and another box will pop up asking if you want to continue. Click 'continue'.
