Another female not happy with her looks

What is it with people these days? I see articles on News sites where teenagers have taken "selfies" and then died tragically or whatever and they ALL look the same!

Here is another good looking Aussie female who wants to look like something else, goes to Mexico and dies under the knife. No Travel Insurance so it is going to cost her family $20,000 to bring her body back (presumably for an autopsy, since the AusGov has rejected Mexico's "offer" of cremating her.
