You have to wonder why some people even bother having children. Fathers who give their toddlers alcohol should be charged. Mothers who use their children's prams as a shield when crossing roads are irresponsible. They seem to dare encroaching cars to hit them. The children who are neglected aren't as unlucky as those whose parents are deliberately cruel.

Looks to me that the kid has chucked a tanty, and is being ignored. Doesn't seem to be overly harsh... it's not like she's dragging him along on his face :P

The child is asleep like a dog on a leash collapsed from exhaustion. Do you think the toddler is asleep in a healthy environment? There's a pram - but it doesn't look like his carer could be bothered settling him in there.

How do you know he is asleep?

What sort of magical powers do you possess?

The 'carer' is holding her wallet/phone? and papers etc in her hand and not stored in the handbag hanging on the pram. This leads me to believe that the pram belongs to the other lady

Amazing how we all see things differently

I think it's a very affectionate mother, whose kid has unfortunately died from leukaemia. But she's still taking him everywhere just as if he was still alive, because she loves him so much.

It's a heart warming scene of devotion, and you are all bastards for making fun of it!
