Re: Sydney....
It's alright for partying.
I think it is a place that you need money to enjoy othetrwise you don't have access to those things that make Sydney a nice place to live.
God, I would hate to be from Rooty Hill out west. Life must suck out there.

I miss the old Steak and Kidney, (aka Sydney) it's a pretty city with a number of iconic landmarks where there's plenty to do ... Melbourne's ok,, but Sydney is nicer, this and has more things to do even if you are on a budget.
I lived in the north western suburbs of Sydney, (well away from Coon Scabby)..
Still, home is where the heart is.

It's not all bad, but you can see why they are labor voters over here. A few brain cells short of a 6 pack for the most and all packed together like sardines where group think is the norm
I would hope that the state of origin has temporarily scrambled what they use as a thought process but I believe that would be wishful thinking

How any of you dipshits got sold the pup of having to pay for using roads has got me stumped yet all you gumbys think it is fine.
I blame you dipshits for empowering govt to believe they can charge us a tax on petrol for the upkeep of roads and infrastructure and you accept tolls

Lol IQ... it could be worse, you like me could live in a Gillard electorate.
I moved from a nice 'safe' Liberal electorate (seat) to Gillards map of Tasmania.
God help me, and god help Bart if he doesn't make it worth my while regressing to Gillardville.
Ps, I have noticed Melbournites speak a different dialect to us Sydneysiders.
For starters, Sydneysiders actually speak ENGLISH!!

Sydney is the best city, THE END~!
I will miss the New Years fireworks on Sydney harbour, and the royal Easter show.
The truth is, I have not really seen enough of Melbourne to make a thorough comparison, though 'aesthetically' and 'visually' speaking, Sydney definitely has it in the bag.

ha ha hardy ha ha...
I have been to a couple of gay bars with my gay friends years and years ago now, and have to say, I found them quite refreshing, not like your typical meat market of a heterosexual Sydney night club/ bar.
There used to be this little place on Oxford street called the 'Taxi' not sure if it's still there.
Great for heterosexual woman who want a night out with the girls and not have to contend with gropers spiking their drinks.
