Cheating Bitch

Post by Bart » Wed Feb 08, 2012 1:16 pm

A cheating wife upon being caught out decided to make a false rape claim, oh and of course claiming she was forced to make that claim! Oh the irony.
The defence's description of her love interest daliance of "self-serving, evasive, manipulative, adulterous liar" seems most appropriate for her.

And yet another false report will be included into the crime stats!!! :nah

"A former Victorian policewoman concocted a story that a colleague raped her after her husband found out about their affair, a court has been told.

Natalie Irene Passalick, 29, is on trial on one count of making a false report after accusing Heath Merry of digital rape, The Age reports.

Prosecutor Bob Johnson said in his opening address that Passalick accused Mr Merry after her husband confronted her about a number of emails exchanged between the pair.

In April 2009, Passalick complained to her boss at the Ballarat communications centre that she had been raped without naming the man she was accusing.

In her statement of complaint to the Ethical Standards Department, Passalick said Mr Merry had come to her Yarraville house late on January 4, 2009 because she was serving a secondment in Maryborough at the time, and because she would not let him inside, asked her to masturbate so he could watch through the window.

She claimed that he digitally penetrated her against her will after he had repeatedly asked to be let in.

Detective Leading Senior Constable Jacinta Ford, who took Passalick's statement, testified that Passalick told her that her husband demanded that she sign the statement, something she did not want to do.

Mr Johnson claimed that Passalick and Mr Merry had been in a relationship from December 2008 to April 2009 after meeting at Footscray police station in 2007, where Passalick also met her future second husband, Mark Passalick .

Passalick claims that she ended her relationship with Mr Merry, which lasted for four months in 2007, when she met Mr Passalick.

The prosecution said the pair had resumed their relationship in late 2008 after working together at Oaks Day.

Defence counsel Geoffrey Steward told the court that the internal police investigation, led by ESD "dinosaurs", was compromised by police perceptions.

Mr Steward said the investigation ''amounted to a collection of pre-judgmental dinosaurs thinking that a victim of sexual misconduct must act or not act in a particular way''.

He also claimed that investigators did not take Passalick's claims seriously because she alleged that she was digitally raped.

Mr Steward told the jurors that they would have to determine whether Mr Merry was ''a truthful, credible or reliable witness or a self-serving, evasive, manipulative, adulterous liar''.

The trial continues. "
