Two nurses charged with threatening to kill Israeli patients in a viral video have been banned from working with NDIS patients.

Ahmad Rashad Nadir, and fellow nurse Sarah Abu Lebdeh, both aged 27, made international headlines in February after a video of the pair allegedly bragging about killing Israeli patients at Bankstown Hospital, in Sydney’s west, went viral.

The pair, who have both been stood down from their jobs by NSW Health, have also been hit with a two-year ban from working with NDIS participants.

Mr Nadir’s lawyer Zemarai Khatiz told reporters outside the Downing Centre Local Court in March that he would “intend to argue for the video to be excluded from court”.

Mr Khatiz alleges the video was captured “without the consent and knowledge” of his client.

“We will be challenging the admissibility of the video recording because it was a private conversation which was recorded by the person overseas without my client’s consent and without his knowledge,” Mr Khatiz told NewsWire.

Private conversation? What a load of hogwash. No wonder all the followup on this has gone the way of the Dodo. Aussies are going to start getting angry if things like this just continue to be washed away.

I'm absolutely disgusted with how the Labor government has handled concerns regarding social cohesion in this country.

Australia is very different under a brutish albeit lax government that appears to be deliberately dropping the ball on law enforcement, in order to usher-in a new socialist regime.

This government appears to be "egging-on" pro-Palestinian protestors to commit anti-semetic acts, by not responding adequately to those who do.

Police release image of man wanted over synagogue firebombing

Detectives from the Counter Terrorism Security Investigation Unit have charged a man following a suspicious fire at a synagogue in East Melbourne on Friday night.

It is alleged the man was seen walking through Parliament Gardens before entering the grounds of the synagogue on Albert Street on 4 July about 8pm.

The man allegedly poured a flammable liquid on the front door of the building and set it on fire before fleeing the scene on foot in a westerly direction along Albert Street.

There were approximately 20 people inside the synagogue at the time of the incident taking part in Shabbat.

Everyone inside self-evacuated through the rear of the building and were uninjured.

Firefighters extinguished the fire which was contained to the front entrance.

The 34-year-old Toongabbie, NSW man was arrested in the Melbourne CBD on Saturday evening about 8.15pm.

He was interviewed by detectives and charged with reckless conduct endanger life, reckless conduct endanger serious injury, criminal damage by fire, and possess a controlled weapon.

He will appear before the Bail and Remand Court today.

Detectives will continue to examine the intent and ideology of the person charged to determine if the incident is in fact terrorism.

This aside, even with Mr Albanese's most admirable sentiments he shared at a news conference earlier today, is action concerning our culturally divided nation too late in the making, and how can we trust a government to repair a divided nation they themselves caused to begin with by taking sides initially?
Not to mention the evolving appartide they caused with their failed Voice referendum.

Can this boorish bunch of uncivilised and racist, sexist, hatist everything "ist" union thugs be trusted with anything, much less something as important as this?

Time will tell I guess, and for once, I actually liked what Albanese said at the press conference, perhaps he's realised just how serious the situation is?

Actions speak louder than words, Ms Jillian Segals action- plan should have been actioned long before now.

Better late than never, I guess.
