“This blood “sport” makes most people cringe and leaves them heartbroken for the innocent animals. Daily mail describes how she lured a bear into a trap, causing the bear to suffer before killing it. “She fires the weapon from a safe vantage point up a tree. The bear winces in pain before staggering off. With a big grin, she then turns to the camera, clenches her fist and says: ‘Awesome.’ After that, she follows the bear’s blood trail before posing with the dead animal, gushing: ‘Unreal, look at this guy.”

Hope she gets trampled to death.
I propose that we make it law to be able to hunt these people as they hunt. "this blood sport"??? people want to demonise others for simply driving down the road for work and yet they ignore morons like this cow. Trophy hunting is called a sport???

All I can say is how awesome it is, that she indiscriminately killed an animal that had no chance to defend itself or even threatened her. What a great person she is, to show what she stands for. waste of space...

- Fred. The science tips increase in insect activity, NOT a decrease. Fred.

- Me. Evidence please.

- Fred. Of which??? YOUR claim of diminishing insects due to climate change??? That was YOUR claim and YOU should support.

Wrong thread, Fred.

I haven't checked, but I don't believe I have mentioned climate change. And that would be because, there are at least 3 causes for the insect extinction event; Habitat encroachment, overuse of domestic and industrial pesticides and changes in climate.

Now, where's your evidence?

Posted... did you ignore it because it opposes your claim???

Oh wait, you’re trying to play the pedantic card here, let me get this straight. Extinction Rebellion is NOT claiming climate change has any causal effects on extinction events??? IS that your claim??? That is against the entire premise of this group...

It doesn’t matter if you mentioned climate change, the science states the opposite to your claim. I already told you I experience opposite to your claim in line with scientific modelling. Now as stated, I have provided, you have not. And just to mention the point you claim is refuted.

You only need to do a windscreen test to know that insects are diminishing. There are no where near the amount of bugs collected on a country drive as was in the past.
You claimed “diminishing insects”, the science clearly states different. My experince would also prove different, but since you want to play pedantic games, your point will be found lacking.

SO

Your turn, evidence please.
