I have no idea why boxy did not count his vote. He had/has a posting history which as far as I was concerned then, and now, entitles him to vote.

the fact that aussie is still here is a joke and a blight on the place. He should've been banned forever ago and every time there was a sign of him he should have been blocked.

It is clear from my past interactions with him that he has a mental illness. I would offer him support in that regard but he is much more interested in trolling so that is not conducive to offering him comfort.
