This lump of crap :) also came out the pound, 3 month old puppy that had strayed and I think had suffered some abuse

Doesn't look like a lump of crap to me. How old is she? At least she passes tests. My last dog failed twice.

Can someone tell Aussie how to post a photo?

The easiest way is to register at Photobucket.

You can upload your pictures from your pictures file. There's obvious & easy instructions to resize them and then to copy them here there's a little list which includes the [img] code and paste it straight onto this site.

I consider April 1st Demi's birthday (probably really a week or two earlier than that but easy to remember April Fools Day :) ) and Apr 1 she will turn 3 which I hope means settling down a bit

She bombed out the trial yesterday, dropping in the sitstay. So today I bought a cheap stopwatch and she will have to sit 2+ minutes b4 she gets dinner :)

Heh, but she will learn and bloody quick! She can stand a 2 minute wait--she is too heavy rather than too light!

Also bought a huge bag of beef 'Schmacko's" today, dog treats, which will also go to Educaing Demi :)

The bird is a monster. She's escaped 4 times and been found. In a period of 14 years, she has bitten earlobes, nipples, fingertips, noses, feet and lips. She'll be loving and affectionate for months then if you cough suddenly, move the wrong way or just because she feels like it - she'll use her beak on you like a pair of wire cutters. I didn't touch her for years because she hated me, but when she got sick a year ago and I nursed her back to health, I thought she'd be grateful. No such luck. Now she's just a strong, vicious old crone and if I was a murderer I would have broken her neck by now. But I'm too kind, so I'll just suffer in silence - although thoughts on humane methods of killing her have been on my mind from the day she found us.
