Yep, I had some Indian realestate agent contact me for a free evaluation, so I accepted. Hey, why not I thought, good timing given this tax- hike.... unfortunately he went to the wrong address, despite me telling him where we are living now.
He then calls, hours later, asking me why I wasn't there.

I told him I LIVE IN BALLARAT NOW,AND GAVE HIM MY NEW ADDRESS WHEN HE CALLED ME He then apologised, and offered to come out on the same day, to which I obviously declined.
Have organised someone more LOCAL and FLUENT with the English language.



Seriously, how did he even get my old address that I lived at many years ago?
It's actually quite concerning.
