The dilemma we are in is the product of both sides of government. Both sides have failed to ensure appropriate reserves. We were in a similar dilemma in 2013 thanks to Gillard/Rudd. Then Abbott did nothing. Everyone trying for a surplus. If we need to deal with the US so be it. Instead of freaking out about it and blaming one side, when both are to blame, we would be better off making sure that it never happens again no matter who is at the helm.

Who reveres Rudd, Black Orchid? He was all furious motion with any action. He was unable and unwilling to delegate authority and he failed to the point where he was replaced by Gillard. He was a failure which started with much promise. I don't know anybody who admires him. You seem to think that everybody on the Left is a member of a Borg like community.
