They trial Chemical Castration on Paedophiles in the USA currently.

In Thailand: If you 'injure' another person in a car accident (etc) you pay a hefty fine and go to Gaol.
But if you 'kill' them in an accident, you only go to Gaol or pay the hefty fine. :WTF
...so you can imagine a lot of 'accidents' happening over there to snuff people out. Mate who lived there for 15 years had someone try to take him out but he lived and just got a broken leg (riding bike).
