I named the fifth hyacinth 'Elizabeth' both for the character and because that is the name of a former employee of mine that died of cancer Jul '03.

But, yes, the tart should have been Rose.

I have no speakers where I am chained like Prometheus waiting for the vulture of banality to knaw at my liver, which ironically has done more damage than booze.

Still, I am guessing that is a hilarious take off on Paint Your Wagon.

Either that or Lee Marvin's third illegitimate son going mad?
