Did several times in recent months. But when it's stinking hot and not much rain about the pigs are pretty thin on the ground anyway.
And now .. to paraphrase Carol Ann from the Poltergeist movies .. "They're back"

Found this at a dam near the rear of my block. So put my cams and knives on, went into the forest, and within two minutes found a big sow with two suckers. She was a spotty (Wessex I think) X black. One sucker was like her and the other a tan/light brown colour.
Put the dog onto her, they all went into the lantana and I couldn't find a way through. So called the dog back and went around.
Fred tracked her up a gully on the other side of the flat and then on a track up a hill/mountain. Found a Bloodwood a boar has been using as a rub tree. After a few hundred metres I decided not to go up the mountain, so went back to the creek to continue to an old miners camp pigs seem to like.
Monday arvo Fred found two young 30-40 kilo pigs, one spotty and one tan/light brown (probably from same sow's previous litter) and chased the tan one, but I couldn't keep up. Lost them part of the way up a side creek.
Yesterday arvo found this in the forest about 3 km from my place.

If Donald Trump is so close to the Ruskis, why couldn't he get Vladimir Putin to put novichok in Xi Jjinping's lipstick?
