The fact is that people were complaining about their unfunny crap well before the nurse suicided. Whether it was a contributing factor in her death is academic. It still shouldn't have happened in the first place, and it definitely shouldn't have been aired without the permission of the people who where the butt of their joke.

I guess we could also ask ourselves what if this hoax-call had have occurred at any number of hospitals in London, involving the same nurse, though in a different, and more supportive workplace environment.

And could it be said that this was after all an honour killing of such sorts, whereby she was emotionally and professionally trampled to death by those who were fanatically guarding both the 'royals' hospital of choice and their Queens honour?

I think this is where it's going to get interesting.
