Yes he was very clever - but he irritated me also. Willy Wonka was probably the only movie of his I enjoyed.

Yes I did - but back then we didn't have much of a choice in what we viewed. Anything on TV was interesting because we only rented it during the school holidays. Brooks would appeal to kids.
