Four votes is a majority???? There were two votes against....and the vast majority made no vote at all.
If mantra wants me to consider reducing her suspension period, it is time I heard from
her as to why.

At the moment it is. Can't you see this place has become a ghost town because you banned one of the more popular members?

If you think mantra is going to drop to her knees and beg, aussie dont bother, I'm sure she'd be happy for me to speak on her behalf re that.

There needs to be 12 valid aye votes for a Petition to succeed. There are presently four.
If mantra wants her suspension shortened, then
she ought to say so and explain why. And by the way, the consequences of making false allegations of the kind mantra made include not being considered by me as a 'more popular member.' mantra alleged that I/my Team had hacked into an account, and changed vital settings. I did not, as was explained to her by AiA. To this day, to my knowledge, she has not retracted that serious allegation, indeed, instead I am told she still persists with it.

Is this about the wellbeing of this site or your ego? Mantra made a legitimate complaint, was told by you to get evidence even though you knew she could not as she has no access to the logs and buttons and is now suspended for daring to defend herself.
Congratulations Aussie, this site is almost dead - just like the last time you were in charge. You have a gift.

"No, no, no, no and no." It was Mantra who said she had the evidence, and when asked to do so failed to produce it. AiA subsequently explained to her that she was wrong. I am not going to re-hash the matter. It is all there to be read in Archives. Further it is not about ego. It is about getting it through to mantra that she needs to get it right before mouthing off about very serious matters.
However, if
she wants me to consider an abridgment, then
she needs to say so and explain why.

Is this the same AiA that claimed that annie and monk share the same account? You can't believe AiA on one thing and then dismiss another.

Yes, the same AiA with whom mantra shared the "Shared Puppet" account at the time she made her outrageous allegations about Admin/Team hacking that account. Ethnic, I am not going over old ground any more. Go and read the relevant Thread in the Archives.
The only thing which may lead to an abridgment of mantra's suspension is what you had the decency to do.

Who cares about shared accounts. I no longer care about sock accounts because they do no harm, if anything, they provide entertainment. So what you're saying is that someoone who has a shared account has forfeited their right to make a complaint about forum safety?
And I am sick of covering old ground but here I go again - do what the majority of the members here want and unban Mantra.
