Bring her inside Frogen, take her for walks and treat her like a member of the family. That's what dogs are for - companionship - not to be left outside by themselves, bored, lonely, scared and sad.

What about the little chihuahua - is he/she inside because it's small? If it is - no wonder your poor Beagle barks - you can add jealousy to the list as well.

Yank your puppy tail a few times 'til he goes soft. That'll quiet him for a few hours.
