my absolute favourite way of cooking sweet corn is boiled in the pot with cornedmeat ...yummo : )

I think I will try drying the kernels from a cob or three (will be drying habs, jalapenos & serrano peppers anyway plus some small HOT chilis.

There I go talking about food again!
