Absolutely, home made beer goggles! Beer, helping the ugly have sex for 5000 years!freediver wrote:And you've got the cure for that don't you?I saw some of them coming out and thought "You got pretty nails now but are still middleaged, overweight and ugly"

My kids dressed my sisters dog ( blue Heeler) in black lycra shorts and a yellow shruggie and a bonnet today..not a good look for any self respecting macho cattle dog, but the kids laughed so hard .."Bluey" was so good natured about it..!

I wouldn't call that home brew: kit and 3 kilos sugar more like!Auzgurl wrote:Well I tried it once mantra and fair blew my brains I have right out me ears.

I have a few female customers, some male customers have wives who help them brew or at least drink their homebrew. Somehow, either a relic of Victorianism or the fact real beer has fair bit of carbohydrate and protein puts women off beer, HB or not. Stupid females are the main group keeping the brutish habit of smoking going: nicotene does not put on weight it seems

Re 'rocket fuel' I have a few stubbies of 14% Russian Imperial Stout that I brewed in 2003. Perfectly nice, smooth after 7 years and good flavor. Not rocket fuel at all (high sugar homebrew has lots of fusels which taste disgusting and give a horrible hangover.) Mine hasn't and won't

Our home brew was great. Too great.

The better I get to know people, the more I find myself loving dogs.
