Thanks crew ... so far no change .. well not for the better anyway.
If anything it's worse ... lasts longer into the day (belly aches that is)
For a while ginger beer seemed to settle my guts.
Someone told me "it's all about the gut (bacteria)" advising get into pro-biotics .. and most of the time yoghurt seems to help.

I'm really sus on this Indian doctor ... I've got low blood pressure (and low heart rate) .. supposed to be a good thing.
Apparently the main pitfall to low blood pressure is blacking out/fainting, but I don't seem to have that problem - occasionally if I get up quick, it goes black and see stars, like when you've been king hit and didn't see it coming.

So I've got low blood pressure, meaning my veins and arteries are not clogged with cholesterol.
I put that partly down to consuming high density cholesterol (bounces off like golf ball) in my diet, so my liver doesn't make low density cholesterol (clings on and goops up like plasticine) ... cholesterol is essential for the immune system, and if you don't get enough in your diet, the liver makes. Unfortunately the artery clogging type.

I know a former body builder in Gin Gin who the same doc put on cholesterol lowering drugs ... admittedly his diet is pretty bad. But when the quak mentioned "cholesterol a bit high" twice, both times I asked "Yeah, but does the test say whether it's high or low density cholesterol?" and both times he acted as if he didn't know what I was talking about, and a doctor should know this stuff. So I'm inclined to think he's getting kickback from pharmaceutical companies in the same way heaps of quaks get perks for putting people on anti-depressants. ... and if the immune system is weakened due to cholesterol deficiency, it drums up more business for him by making patients sick. I'm umming and arhing about reporting him to the AMA or whatever the relevant authority.

Oh yeah ... in the mean time my father told me about a family history of a bowel complaint called 'diverticulitis' - tears in the stomach wall. My father has it, his sister has it, his cousin has it, and my younger brother has it ... I have the symptoms, yet this Indioan quak is adamant "no no, you don't have diverticulitis" and then babbles some shit in his jungle bunny accent I can't understand.
If Donald Trump is so close to the Ruskis, why couldn't he get Vladimir Putin to put novichok in Xi Jjinping's lipstick?

Maybe see a different doctor?

Take care, Yogi.
Diverticula are small, bulging pouches that can form in the lining of your digestive system. They are found most often in the lower part of the large intestine (colon). Diverticula are common, especially after age 40, and seldom cause problems.

The presence of diverticula is known as diverticulosis (die-vur-tik-yoo-LOE-sis). When one or more of the pouches become inflamed, and in some cases infected, that condition is known as diverticulitis (die-vur-tik-yoo-LIE-tis). Diverticulitis can cause severe abdominal pain, fever, nausea and a marked change in your bowel habits.

Mild diverticulitis can be treated with rest, changes in your diet and antibiotics. Severe or recurring diverticulitis may require surgery.
