Can anyone spot the blooper/s in this article, one that might incriminate even the most well represented police officer trying to save his/her skin?

It's claimed some 99.7% of individuals who get tasered survive, this said, can anyone point me to the figures re- taser usage and survival stats?

Take a look at this footage Mantra, turns out the culprit was tasered 24 times in total.

Yes - it's nasty.

The Sydney victim wasn't some homeless sick person, but someone much loved by a wealthy Brazilian family who have started legal action immediately.

Unfortunately about a third of the experienced NSW police force are on sick leave so a lot of the younger officers don't know how to handle resistance. They were panicking.

The lunatic dribbled:
When was the last time we hung someone for stealing a loaf of bread again?
Never. People got transportation to the colonies in the UK, not hung. Piss off back to whatever lunatic asylum you escaped from please!

Take those tasers off them, let them get back to shooting. The outcome is more predictable, so the jackasses might actually stop and behave themselves a bit more often.

So basically you're advocating shooting petty thieves in the back?
You vote, you lose!
