Who would buy a robot?

I will in 20 years time.

Mass-market robots are on the march with some even predicting they will be bigger than PCs in a couple of decades

Robotics has been one of the slowest moving fields of new technology. We still can't make a robot that can walk on two legs or navigate outside of a highly structured environment.
