Canned TEN jars of peach butter this morning!
When this fucking heat is gone for a few months (3 days straight at 41C in Adelaide!!!) thinking of roast duck, stuffed with some of the stewed cherries I canned yesterday.
Thinking of buying 3-4Kg peaches at Farmers Market next Sunday, stew and then can them--peaches in winter!
