If you want to compare this place to D&R, well, D&R has a very slick “skin” and a homepage you go through to reach the actual board and “Botany Bay Dumping Ground” is a slightly less off putting name than Cess Pit. Call it “Home for wayward posts” or some such and still would suggest it be put inside the Sand Pit (which would make it more like D&R notice?)

Have a look, entrance, board, the public forums, this board looks like a poor relation by contrast, a hot dog stand outside a McDonalds, even my board is nowhere as slick. Nice big avatars, decent smilies etc. Pity about the mostly crap content but there you are.

Ummm, BTW, Aussie, it isn’t “garbage” gets dumped into a cess pit, something altogether more noisome goes into a cess pit
