The photos are obviously photoshopped - you can see the sharp definition of the "traveller" in comparison to the others.

I think it is real.
She is from a terrible apocalyptic future where all women look like Earnest Borgnine and she was sent back into to time to kill the boy Borgnine before the terror of his seed destroys all human beauty..
