I had a lot of other stuff too. Lugers taken from Germans in WW2. Gas masks. An original newspaper paper announcing the Battle of Waterloo. Guns from the Battle of Waterloo. Guns from the 1700s one had a hole in the stock where a bullet hit it. Lucky person. Japanese swords.Bobby wrote: ↑Wed Nov 11, 2020 7:47 pmWow - you should treasure that:Black Orchid wrote: ↑Wed Nov 11, 2020 7:27 pmYes and a special booklet that went with it.

Most were antiques and therefore legal.Bobby wrote: ↑Wed Nov 11, 2020 8:12 pmBlack Orchid wrote: ↑Wed Nov 11, 2020 8:00 pmI had a lot of other stuff too. Lugers taken from Germans in WW2. Gas masks. I don't know about the ACT.
In Victoria the laws are very strict.
You can't even own a replica plastic toy pistol
yet alone a real German Luger or a Samurai sword.

I don't know about the ACT either but in NSW antique firearms can be legally owned without a licence. Most were military antiques.
Doesn't matter now anyway.

Doesn't matter - I keep thinking that you're in the ACT instead of Sydney.
sorry
Bobby.
