the agent will decide who is the weaker...the vendor or the buyer...
AND then they will prey on the weaker....
ALL the while, the public is conned by the use of a "vendors bid" if the property goes to auction...
which is legal in Australia, and is used as a cunning tool to increase bidding when
the bidding stalls.
ALL the while, the Banks rub their hands together at increased prices, as they just
love collecting all the interest from the buyers..
ALL the while the politicians who have investment properties rub their hands together
as their properties increase dramatically in value...
