Melbourne Cup

I didn't bet and doubt I ever will again on the cup. There's barely an Australian horse in it now. 4 I think this year so not so bad. At least it is not called the Emirates Cup anymore ARGHH!!

Saddest thing is that one horse had to be put down after breaking its shoulder :( :( :(

Unless race horses become famous and win lots of money for their owners they are treated badly and usually shipped off the the glue and dog meat factory and I cannot abide that.

I guess horse racing is not there to benefit horses.

Obviously it's not but if we use animals for profit we should at least treat them a lot better than we do.
