Re: Ukraine was all about rare earth minerals
Trump is putting Ukraine before Zelensky.
You could tell Zelensky is a defeatist when he expressed his fear of Russia becoming like the USSR again. Falls in line with Biden's 'Build Back' America motto of living in the past like a dementia patient and the old Cold War era.
Trump is moving forward and the Left can't keep up, they're so set in their old ways.

Re: Ukraine was all about rare earth minerals
There should be elections in Ukraine ASAP.
Let people of the country to decide what they want.
From what I read:
EU bureaucrats want Zelensky to stay and the war to continue to the last Ukrainian.
GB wants Zaluzhny to become president and the war to continue to the last Ukrainian.
There is also a dark horse Arestovich who is more suitable for current US administration.
There also may be others less known candidates.
But let people to decide.

It's a bit difficult for a man to vote when he's face down in a trench dodging bullets.

Just imagine for a moment that you are Ukrainian. Why would you want to fight without the support of the US? The EU is useless, good only for meaningless words to placate Zelinsky.
"But you will run your kunt mouth at me. And I will take it, to play poker."

So it seems like Zelensky refused to sign the deal?
He could have got started on a cease fire.

Zelensky Says Ukraine Is Ready to Sign Minerals Deal but Needs ‘Security Guarantees’
He added: “We are ready to sign the minerals agreement, and it will be the first step toward security guarantees. But it’s not enough, and we need more than just that. A cease-fire without security guarantees is dangerous for Ukraine.”
He emphasized that Russian leader Vladimir Putin has broken 25 cease-fires over the past 10 years.
“A cease-fire won’t work with Putin,” he said.
