During the first Iraq war a sniper had Saddam in his sights but Bush refused to give the go ahead.

Either China does something or we will wipe them off the face of the Earth.

This is getting more probable but this could result in an escalation with China and Russia.

The moment we start using Nukes is the moment we can all kiss our arses goodbye.

The policy of appeasement doesn't work as shown before and going light with FatBoy has done nothing except make the US look weak, the UN look weak. Better to sort him out now before he has a real set of weapons in numbers that would be a real threat rather than just destroying a few cities.

The trouble is that Kim Jong-Un has a sting in the tail.
Some of his missiles might get through with nuclear warheads on them.
We just don't know how sophisticated the weapons are & exactly what range.
Not only that - the real war could be with his submarines able to use a mini sub to deliver
a nuclear weapon into any port in the world.
There was some report I read about 2 months ago of the USA sending
anti-sub aeroplanes all down their west coast looking for NK subs.
It's the war under the sea that I worry about.

That last detonation was 170 Kilotons - that's enormous - 14 times bigger than Hiroshima -
& although he might not be able to put that on a missile
it would fit inside a mini sub with inertial guidance & a timer.
The fact is he does have at least one powerful nuclear weapon & he has over 70 subs.

It's dangerous now to take him on but it will be a lot more dangerous in say 2 years time.

The STING is more about North Korea's ability to cause massive damage and cause deaths in Seoul with is within range of North Korean artillery.

As far as North Korea using Nukes......well that would end the Little Fat SOB's rule and his life.

In case you missed it a short while ago the U.S. showed a satellite pic of Fat Kim standing near a missile launch site which he and the North thought was unknown to us and they got scared to death as they did not know we are able to track Fat Kim's every movement.

The U.S. does not want to use Nukes and we really don't even have to as we are perfectly capable of taking out North Korean Missiles on the ground or in flight but for the North to actually LAUNCH a nuke which they have not shown the ability to yet do but if they did.....WE WOULD KNOW if a missile launched had a nuclear warhead a top of it due to extremely advanced U.S. Radiation Detection capability.

Oh and NO.....it is not just in the movies.

It is better for his own people to kill him or place him on trial.

As far as Saddam we could have killed him many times over but he was worth more alive than dead.

We did have to really look for Saddam as he just decided to head off on his own and leave his own protective forces as he felt that would give his position away which it would have and of course we found him in a dirty hole in the ground eventually.

But it was much better his own people put him on trial and hanged him rather than us.

In Kim's situation well......we can kill him any time we want to but that would not go over well with China and Russia.
