I can't see how something like that could be pulled off without a whistleblower blowing it out of the water. There's plenty who would love to do just that and way too many people involved.
I don't see what he has to gain by pulling something so risky just a few weeks out from the election.

I think what Trumpy is really up to is down playing the virus which is just a mild cold for fit healthy people to make it a non-issue for the election.
