There was remarkable operation culminating on 8th of March when Russian soldiers walked about 15 kilometers inside the 1.4meters diameter pipeline, which Moscow had until recently used to send gas to Europe. The Russian President responded constructively to Donald Trump’s idea of implementing a well-known initiative concerning the safety of navigation in the Black Sea.

Vladimir Putin informed that on March 19 a prisoner exchange will be carried out between the Russian and Ukrainian sides — 175 for 175 people. In addition, as a gesture of goodwill, 23 seriously wounded Ukrainian servicemen who are undergoing treatment in Russian medical institutions will be handed over.

Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump also touched upon other issues on the international agenda, including the situation in the Middle East and the Red Sea region. Joint efforts will be made to stabilize the situation in crisis areas, establish cooperation on nuclear non-proliferation and global security. This, in turn, will contribute to improving the overall atmosphere of Russian-American relations. One of the positive examples is the vote made in solidarity in the U.N. on the resolution regarding the Ukrainian conflict.

Donald Trump supported Vladimir Putin’s idea to organize hockey matches in the United States and Russia between Russian and American players playing in the NHL and KHL (Kontinental Hockey League). The presidents agreed to remain in contact on all issues raised.

The call ended with Putin and Trump agreeing on an immediate pause on strikes against energy infrastructure.

Russia has been suffering recently from numerous successful attacks by Ukraine
onto Russian oil refineries (ie, "energy infrastructure").

It's all due to an upgrade to the their Neptune missiles -
they don't rely on US intelligence information:

Ukraine successfully used Neptune to strike the Tuapse oil refinery,
one of Russia’s largest energy facilities,
dealing a major blow to Russian industry and its war effort.

In a strange way it means that the limited cease fire is bad for Ukraine.

So there was no "Neptune" but 3 UAVs, they were shut down and one fallen on the refinery starting fire that was controlled and extinguished on second day.

Meantime Russian telegram chanells claim downed AFU F-16 above Suma region but I haven't seen any photo/video evidence and no conformation from RuMOD.

As a result of the negotiation process, 175 Russian servicemen were returned from the territory controlled by the Kyiv regime (https://t.me/mod_russia/50317). In exchange, 175 prisoners of war of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were transferred, as well as 22 seriously wounded prisoners of war in need of urgent medical care as a gesture of goodwill.

Can anyone explain this?

Many countries in Europe have the F-35 stealth fighter bomber aircraft
including the UK, Holland, Finland, Italy, Poland, Greece, Norway, Denmark etc.

Why haven't any of them secretly used their F-35s to help Ukraine?

They could take out Russian air defences such as the S-300 and S-400 SAM systems.
They could have flown secretly to Ukraine -
they are stealth aircraft - they can't be seen on radar -
refueled at a military airport and continued on to attack Russian targets.
Only a few people would ever know about it -
no need to put it in the news or advertise it -
just a bit of assistance here and there for Ukraine to help them win.
With air defences and radars taken out - Ukraine would have been free
to attack the Russians using air power on Ukrainian territory.

Why are the Europeans playing this game with such a straight bat? -
especially the POMs
