Drugs can only help Biden's performance. I hope you're not waiting to find out about his platform. He will figure his best defense is a good offense. He will try to constantly attack Trump with every breath. Trump's best strategy will to attack Biden and Biden will either get defensive and have a melt down or he'll start ranting and call Trump a panty wearing butt sniffer or some other such drivel. Biden won't last more than 30 minutes before he starts losing it.

It doesn't really matter what he is given anyway. It will wear off within 90 minutes, if they let it go that long, which I doubt.
