So a known drug addicted, violent, and ongoing criminal fighting cops is better than a cop doing his job.

I personally believe that criminals who are repeat offenders should be put down as a matter of course.

No one ever considers the victims.
You know, the innocent people who are robbed of their possessions tgat they worked for and went without, that are stolen or destroyed by criminals.
Or the ones beaten and permanently injured
Or the families who suffer as a result of criminal acts.

I had my tools of trade stolen many years ago.
This prevented me from working for two weeks while i purchased new tools and as a result my family had to go without so that some criminal could sell the tools for a fraction of what they were worth to feed his drug habit.

But you can side with the criminals if you like.

I believe that the powers that be are so corrupt, that if they make laws that actually punish criminal behaviour, they might suffer as a result.

Politicians, cops, judges, lawyers all have an extremely high criminal and corruption element.

Additionally, the highest paid professions RELY on criminals proliferating for their income. So it makes sense to have them back in the community as quickly as possible to re-offend and feed the courts and legal system.

The only time criminals are fully pursued and punished is if they DARE to attack the legal system parasites, judges, lawyers, politicians etc.
They then send out a very clear message that the criminal has stepped over the line. Most often terminally.
