Of course closing the borders is political decisions, they are politically designed to stop the spread of the virus.billy the kid wrote: ↑Sun Aug 30, 2020 3:37 pmI do exactly what Texan outlined above.
Are you suggesting that the Qld Premiers decision to close borders is not political.
Are you suggesting that Chairman Dans bungling of the Victorian quarantines was not political
incompetence.
The WHO suggested we wear masks two months ago.
WHY are our politicians only now telling us that masks are an important tool in fighting the virus.
Every second politician in Australia is apologizing for their failings....
I will continue to blame state and federal governments for their incompetence.
I have no political leanings....they are all incompetent...
Believe what you want to believe...
Andrews failure? I am not sure he did fail. Sure the outbreak in victory does have serious political fallout, but the truth is could he have done anything to prevent it? Just as NSW should pay a huge political price for the Ruby Princess failure.
As for masks, they have been touted from the start. People, however, did not want to wear masks and you even have those who believe it is against their rights to demand they do such.
At the end of the day, if people took care to protect themselves this virus would be no were near as serious issue as it is today. You speak for yourself when you talk about how you act, but it is apparent that others do not.
Anyway, you can continue to hammer politicians all you want. But instead of just blaming them for errors, perhaps you could think of alternatives. It is easy to take pot shots at people just because you don't agree, but harder to come up with alternative to fix the issues your complaining about.
