Petition to impeach Pelosi

................ Nancy Pelosi is a TRAITOR to the American People!
The Constitution defines, "Treason against the US.. ..adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort." Illegal aliens are enemies that invade our country with drugs, human trafficking, and terrorist causing death and crime to American citizens. Nancy Pelosi adheres to these enemies by voting for and providing them aid and comfort through Sanctuary policies funded by US citizen tax dollars, and refuses to protect American people by refusing to fund our border wall, leaving our borders open and unsafe. Pelosi refused to meet with Angel families, caused the government shut down then traveled on US dollars to Hawaii and Puerto Rico while 800,000 Fed workers don't get paid, and uninvited Trump for SOTU. IMPEACH Pelosi for treason! ......................
Right Wing is the Natural Progression.

While I agree in principle that Nancy Pelosi is about as useless as tits on a boar hog, I don't think her idiocy meets the standards of treason. You can't try and convict someone for how they vote or their political opinions. 'That's what the left is trying to do to Trump. Pelosi is a product of her origins. Her district is guano crazy and she accurately represents them. Yes, she is corrupt and has greatly profited from being in office, but that is the same as most of Washington.

I think it will take a Constitutional Amendment or 3 to minimize corruption in Washington.

1. Term limits of 12 years in each house of Congress. People are living out their lives in Washington and learning how to manipulate the system for personal profit.

2. Repeal the 17th Amendment. The 17th took the election of US senators from state legislatures and made it a direct vote of the people. It has become a high stakes popularity contest and the states have lost much of their leverage against the overpowering federal government. House elections are decided directly by the people and that's the way it was designed.

3. The 10th Amendment is almost completely ignored. It was intended to be the states' assurance that the federal government wouldn't ignore the authority of the states and the freedom of the people. The federal government is only supposed to manage the tasks specifically assigned to it in the Constitution. All other tasks are assigned to the states and the people individually. We need to give the 10th teeth of some kind. The horse is long out of the barn, but I would love to see no personal interaction with the federal government unless they happen to be federal employees. I think all welfare, all personal taxes, and all personal government services should be handled by the states. See the next Amendment.

4. Tax reform. All federal taxes will be collected directly from the states at a rate of 10% of the combined income of all residents. Each state will be assigned a tax based on their population and this population will also be used for federal representation in Congress. Any state that wants to invite illegals into their state can pay taxes for them. States can collect these taxes how they see fit. Good states will profit and bad states will learn to copy them. We will have 50 states learning to be efficient with the people's money.

5. Balanced budget Amendment. Congress cannot run on a deficit. If they cannot function on 10%, they can tighten their belts. It's what everybody else does. I know this will leave foreign aid lacking, but we need to take care of our own house before it gets away from us. The feds can always cut programs and force states to pick up the slack. That's where the power belongs anyway.

Over the last 100 years, our individual freedoms have been slowly eroded by the federal government. 2 world wars and a prolonged cold war, along with constant responses to terrorist and other real and imaginary threats have given the government constant excuses to grow more than they should. The original personal income tax started as a 1% tax. Social security was a noble idea, but it has been raided by Congress and is now nothing but a pile of IOUs. It's set to run out of money at about the time I will be of age to retire in 2038. Anything managed by the federal government has been mismanaged. The only thing they seem to get right (even if over budgeted) is the military. Most government programs have turned into politically correct social experiments or have been robbed blind or used to control voters for one interest or another.

4 and 5 are going to be hard sells because people are too dependent on the government, but that is how we should have started.

I agree that her obsessive lunacy doesn't meet the standards of treason but will they ever get to the stage where they try to legitimately beat Trump?

To me what is happening is just petty and in fear of losing yet another election. Oh and weren't the Dems already building a border wall then decided to block funds just because Trump now wants to get it done?

I am still trying to read your Constitution and its 27 Amendments.
