I think you mean "proceeds of crime", Mechie. Now, where did that money come from originally? Was it Mexico or was it the money US citizens paid to the crime cartels for their drugs? Ultimately, it is still the US citizens who are paying for this wall/fence. Mexico cannot and will not pay for it. Yet again, another lie exposed, hey? Tsk, tsk, lets "drain the swamp"! With any luck, it will have motion detector aimed 50 calibre machine guns every 5 feet.
They cops could then just travel the length of the wall every day and top up the amunition.
