Just a late suggestion on Personal Messages

If the title of a personal message has the word PRIVATE in the message title, it may not be posted publicly but must remain private.

Sorry, you are right, but I have made many posts about my very firm belief that there should be no second class citizens and to attempt to impose it is to violate the Constitution where there is only Members.

Mind you, I would like to se the Constitution changed but, it is what it is and until it is changed, I will abide by it.

But I thought only moderators could see that?
