Kids partying

The house behind us is having a kids birthday party.
My wife has not had kids so does not 'know' how kids are

If you've had kids, you've had kids parties and know the energy.
So the kids were partying for about 3 hours then it went a bit quiet.
My lovely wife said, "Maybe they are tired and will be winding down.' I said "No, not kids."

That was about 5 frenetic hours ago.
I love it.

What age?

I went to a birthday party (sneaky park meet up) for a 5 year old, 90 mins of them running around park, didn't make a dent in his energy levels.
